Synchronicity
While Jordan set about writing Coincidence, Richard Reynolds started work on Synchronicity. Before beginning writing, the pair had agreed that a character from Synchronicity would open a door and hit a character in Coincidence as they are saying the same line. Richard worked the idea of synchronicity into a profane and hilarious discussion between work colleagues and the link sits seamlessly in both films.
The afternoon of the competiton was dedicated to synchronicity and with Richard's direction the film was shot in a little over 2 hours. Editing for the two films went into the early hours of the morning but the excitement of the project kept everyone going and the films were finished with a few hours to spare.

Synchronicity screened several films after Coincidence and an audible wave of realisation washed over the audience when they saw the link. Either film alone is enjoyable but they should be seen together for full effect. Completeing 2 films in 24 hours wasn't enough, we wanted a third...
